My Approach to Healing
Over the years, I’ve pursued specialized training in evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities to help my clients move toward lasting healing—not just symptom relief. These methods are rooted in the understanding that our minds and bodies hold the impact of our experiences, and true healing requires more than simply talking about our struggles.

Individual Therapy for Adults
I believe therapy should be more than just a place to talk—it should be a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported as you connect with your inner world and move toward healing. My approach blends deep empathy and sprinkles of humor with evidence-based tools, and is grounded in the belief that you already hold the inner resources needed for healing—we just work together to uncover and strengthen them.
-
Support for Teens & Adolescents
Being a teenager today is more challenging than ever. Between academic pressures, social expectations, peer dynamics, identity questions, and the constant presence of social media, many teens are navigating a level of stress and confusion that’s hard to manage alone.
I work with youth ages 13 and older, providing a safe and supportive space where they can show up just as they are—awkwardness, questions, and all. My primary goal in working with teens is to help them develop a stronger sense of self, learn how to express and regulate emotions, and feel validated and accepted in the process.
I also offer support for teens working through trauma, grief, or other life experiences that may be impacting their confidence, mental health, or ability to cope. Therapy with teens can be incredibly transformative when they feel seen, heard, and understood—and I’m honored to be a trusted adult in that process.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
As a trained EMDR therapist, I use this powerful, research-supported approach to help clients process and heal from traumatic or distressing life experiences. EMDR allows the brain to reprocess painful memories in a way that reduces their emotional charge and makes space for new, more adaptive beliefs. It can be especially helpful for those who feel “stuck” in past experiences or have tried talk therapy without achieving the relief they need.
-
Grief-Informed Care
Grief doesn’t follow a timeline, and it doesn’t look the same for everyone. Whether you’re grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a life transition, or even a sense of identity, I approach grief with the care, patience, and understanding it deserves. My grief-informed training allows me to support you in honoring your loss while helping you navigate the complexities that come with it—without rushing or minimizing your experience.

Internal Family Systems (IFS-Informed)
My work is also informed by Internal Family Systems, a compassionate and empowering model that helps individuals connect with the different “parts” of themselves—such as the inner critic, the anxious part, or the protector. IFS helps clients understand and heal the internal conflicts that so often underlie emotional pain. Together, we work to build a sense of inner harmony and self-leadership, so you can feel more whole, grounded, and at peace.
